She work at the Institute of Russia and Eastern Europe in the Department of International and Political Studies. Her research focuses on the problem of intelligentsia and international relations Russia – Poland, Russia – Iran. She has five monographs published: Modernization in the shadow of Allah. Contemporary Iran (2019, in Polish), Russian Mason on the Paths of his native culture. Nicolas Novikow (2015, in English), Culture against progress and modernization. Russia and Iran in comparative perspective (2013, in Polish), Iranian intelligentsia and the constitutional revolution (2010, in Polish), Intelligentsia and culture. About the problems of self-identity of the 19th century Russian intelligentsia (2008, in Polish).
